TextMate

今天為了TextMate中文無法正常顯示的問題我找到了一個TextMate簡單介紹 這真是如獲至寶

按下Alt 滑鼠選好範圍後就可以多行編輯

我一直在找一個可以多行編輯文字的軟體，皇天不負苦心人，終於給我找到了，原來它就在我的電腦裡!

它的功能非常的強大，不過因為中文顯示都會擠在一起(解法)，無知的我就只有把它拿來使用Regular expression, 沒想到它居然還有多行文字編輯功能，不只這樣，還有多點文字編輯。download 30 day trial

最後的補充就是，這個軟體是for Mac的，據說很多人因為這個軟體去買了Mac, 你看它有多厲害

Grain是穀物的意思

Mixed Grain稱雜糧比較貼切

在美國比較容易取得的速食50%以上都是油炸類，餐聽裡的開胃菜也大多都是油炸物，中國餐館的食物也是高油高鹽，在台灣非常養生的我也因為大環境所逼也開始吃這些讓體內不環保的東西，最近常便秘，要開始吃健康一點的食物了，我要戒掉油炸，燒烤物

今天去韓國超市買了Mixed Grain，一包米裡面有七種穀物

Brown Rice 糙米

止痢、補中益氣、堅筋骨、和血脈

Whole Barley 全大麥

消渴除熱，益氣調中。補虛劣，壯血脈，益顏色，實五臟，化穀食，止泄，不動風 氣。久食，令人肥白，滑肌膚

今天我用煮白米的煮法，結果非常的硬

有心人建議我五穀雜糧的煮法:煮前先泡水1hr以上，米和水的比例是1:1.5

大家也去買雜糧飯回家吃吧

30 minutes before 2010, I was waiting on Las Vegas Blvd. I’m looking forward to see Vegas’s fireworks. Outside temperature around 1°C. I had been waiting for a while under the cold weather. Hope time fly faster then I can go back to hotel. Suddenly I realized, 2009 only left few minutes but too cold to treasure the moment.

The 2010 fireworks finally came out. Few hotel has but not all. I had a little bit disappointed. Maybe the fireworks I saw at Taipei 101 was too significant. However, I still glade I can stand there to celebrate the new year with the world. Thanks for my sweetheart :)

Tom Teegarden at Mesa College

I had math 104 now. He said he usually teach higher level of math, I’m so lucky to meet him. I had taken calculus before, just trying to learn math in English vision. He gave us a quiz as homework after every class. If you had taken notes from class, there will be no problem to finish it. After three or four quizzes will have a test. Questions in test is easier then those in notes. I think I learn a lot better than before. After taking his class, I fully understand where’s the formula comes from and how to solve a problem. I’m so happy to having his class, but his is going to retire after two semester. If he were my teacher,  I could get A in every math class!!
