I heard an interesting saying, “You think in the language you speak” (Sam). I used to confuse but now I think he is right. We can understand one culture from their language. Here has something I learned.

Some Chinese words do not have an exactly word in English. If you look up the dictionary maybe you can find the definition but that’s not that precisely.

>撒嬌 to act like a spoiled child  (呃…)

An ABT told me that American women only use “Sexy” to attract man.

This is an interesting discover.

another discover is that English is an sexist language (Maybe not the majority, but some.)

There are a lot of English vocabularies ends with “man”. In recent years, there is a new word of congresswoman.

>Men’s achievment 人類的成就    Men 泛指human

I was misled by this word. Afterward I realized the “Men” really means human but not just male.

On the other hand, American fighting for the equal between two sex.

They were old saying, might hear from elder people.

People use attendant to call steward and stewardess now.
